A touch-sensitive envelope filter, from a round, mellow vowel to a sharp, percussive bite. Dig in and hear it answer.

01 / STANDALONE

Guitar. Interface. Keystone.

Connect a compatible iPhone/iPad audio interface. Plug in your guitar and connect your headphones or speakers. Allow microphone access when requested, choose your output, and bring up the device and interface listening levels.

You don’t need GarageBand, Logic or another host to play.

02 / INCLUDED iOS AUv3

Bring the rig into your session.

The included iOS AUv3 audio effect works in compatible hosts on iPhone and iPad, including GarageBand and Logic Pro for iPad. Add The Keystone to your track and record with the same rig inside your host.

Host apps are separate. Logic Pro for iPad requires an iPad.

BUILT BY A GUITARIST

Decades chasing the sound.

Musician and developer Mike Lawson spent years performing and recording with Merl Saunders and playing with musicians from that scene. The Keystone grew out of those experiences, his own live and studio rigs, and decades of chasing the sound.

More than half a century later, the music is still being played. This is one more way to keep playing it.

Before you plug in

What do I need to play guitar?

An iPhone or iPad, a compatible audio interface and the appropriate connection for your device. Connect your guitar to the interface input, and headphones or powered speakers to its output. Some interfaces require external power or a powered adapter.

Does this purchase include the macOS version?

This App Store purchase includes The Keystone for iPhone and iPad and its iOS AUv3 plug-in. The macOS app is available separately through artistproMusic License Manager, with AU, VST3 and AAX plug-ins.
